After working with our travel partners, we’ll share your proposed itinerary with you and collect your feedback. We’ll then modify any aspect of your itinerary until it’s exactly what you’re looking for. At this point, we’ll lock in all components of your trip, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. We also provide concierge-level booking services and can make special arrangements for specific needs like dietary concerns/kosher meals, etc.

We start each new client trip with a complimentary, 45-minute Discovery Call. We use this call to listen to what you want to get out of your travel experience and drill down into the specifics. That way, we walk away with everything we need to craft a fully custom itinerary for you.

As hands off as you like. We know our professional clients are already maxed out on time; that’s why we listen closely in our initial Discovery Call—and read between the lines—so we can hit the ground running crafting your itinerary with minimal further input.
Of course, if you like to be more hands on, that’s fine too. Since we take a personal approach to working with each client, the level of collaboration is always up to you.

who are your travel partners?
We think of your vacation as an investment, so we take a similar approach to investment advisors for our planning fee. Our planning fee is 8% of the estimated total cost of your travel experience—we’ll share this fee with you after our initial consultation call together, so you can decide whether to move forward with our services.
